Please note the following joint release between The Old Triangle Charlottetown and Olde Dublin Pub Est 1983
For Immediate Release:
In light of the present situation, The Old Triangle Charlottetown and The Olde Dublin Pub have jointly decided that it is in the best interest of all concerned that our St. Patrick’s Day celebrations for March 17th be suspended. Owners of both Pubs have cited Health and Safety concerns for customers, employees and entertainers alike are first andforemost and feel it’s inappropriate to be celebrating at this time.
As a result, The Old Triangle along with The Olde Dublin Pub have decided to postpone their traditional St. Patrick’s Day festivities including early opening, and tentatively re-scheduled them for May 17th 2020.
At this time both establishments will continue to operate on their regular business hours while continuing to uphold the highest level of health and hygiene standards in our establishments. We will closely monitor advisories from Health Authorities and follow their recommendations.
We also encourage our guests to be vigilant and responsible. We are all very hopeful that the preventative measures taken by government and the public will limit the pain caused by this outbreak.
We do wish all of our guests, friends, staff and families the very best as we face an uncertain immediate future. We’re all in this together.
