Weeks 1: January 20th – 26th
Appetizer: PEI Mussels with white wine, garlic, red onion, lemon and parsley
Entrée: Surf & Turf – PEI Strip loin & Bacon Wrapped Scallops served with buttermilk mashed potato, gravy and garlic parmigiana green beans
Dessert: Warm Bread Pudding with Irish caramel and whipped cream
